START WITH YOUR FIRST JIU-JITSU CLASS
Never tried jiu-jitsu or simply want to experience MILANIMAL before choosing your program? Start with an Intro Class. For kids, the first class is always free. For adults, the Intro Class is €10 and, if you don’t have a gi and belt yet, we’ll provide everything you need. Just show up. We’ll take care of the rest.

BUILT FOR GROWING UP
MILANIMAL Kids Program uses jiu-jitsu to help children become stronger, more confident and more independent, on and off the mats.
Great coaching, real challenges and plenty of fun, in a place where kids can learn, make mistakes, build friendships and discover what they’re capable of. Growing up is hard. We make it fun.
At MILANIMAL our instructors are champions, teachers and training partners all rolled into one.
They’ve been on the mat for years building not only skills but a true ego free environment where everyone can grow.
From fundamentals to advanced competition prep they know how to push you without breaking your spirit while making sure you leave the mat stronger every time.
